(Az-Zukhuruf) 43 : 85
وَتَبَارَكَ الَّذِي لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا وَعِنْدَهُ عِلْمُ السَّاعَةِ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ
And blessed is the one who has the kingship of the heavens and earth, and of whatever in between them; and with Him is the Knowledge of the Last Hour, and in to Him you all will be returned.
Allah is the single Deity anywhere in the universe, and the dominion of the universe is also belonged to Him. Allah-the blessed impartial-has inscribed everything including the time of Last Hour in His Three Time Knowledge Adhikr as explained in verses 17: 17; and 31: 34.
